My brand identity package is more than just design. We'll really explore your business or product so when it comes to reflecting that visually, we're doing it with purpose and ultimately what we achieve will feel like a true reflection of who you really are.

1.
CHEMISTRY CALL
It all starts with good connection (not just your wi-fi)
This is a laid back, get to know each other call. It's your chance to get to know me as a person and a designer, and it's my opportunity to hear about you and your product/business. We'll talk about everything informally with no specific goals or steps at this stage. If it all feels like a good fit, we'll get the ball rolling!
2.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
I propose... Too soon?
The project proposal stage can be done in whatever way that suits you, whether you want to jump on a call, or you'd rather chat via email or message; this is where we'll agree on deliverables and timelines for the project. Outside of the brand essentials, every brand and every project will require slightly different deliverables to get them started.
A sports team might need social templates or kit ideas and a fashion brand may want detailed mockups on relevant apparel
- it's not one size fits all. Once agreed. I'll put together a Statement of Work to review.

3.
WORKSHOP
BRAND STRATEGY
Now let's work out who you are.
This workshop is where we will dive into the core reasons why you exist, we'll find who you are and what you really stand for. This is the piece of work that is exclusive to this package and it goes deeper than design. You'll be amazed at how this workshop can get you asking yourself questions about your business or product that you'd never even considered before.
Amongst many other things, we'll discover your values, vision, mission and voice. We'll start with why and end with how.
All great branding, comes from conversations like these. Informed decisions, and being able to justify every part of your branding with logic and thought doesn't just look great; it tells your authentic story.
4.
DESIGN DIRECTION
Getting on the same page.
Think mood boards. Lots of them. This is the stage of the project where I show you where I imagine the visual direction going.
This is a super important part of the process - without this, you could end up with a bunch of concepts that you just didn't expect to see. If we align ourselves here, everything is smoother as we move through the project.
The design direction will be presented on a call and this is your chance to share all your visual likes and dislikes!
5.
INITIAL CONCEPTS
Time to see some pixels.
This will be the first time you see any design work from me. The beauty of this is that all of these concepts will have real thought behind them, shaped by our conversations
and built with your input.
Some designers may offer you a set number of concepts, some say 3, some say 6 and some may even offer 10+. I don't do this. With your project, I will offer up as many concepts as I believe in.
Remember - 1 purposeful, functional, well thought out logo mark will always be better value than 10 half-baked ideas created to hit a quota.


6.
BRAND GUIDELINES
Your brand world, built.
The brand guidelines will be the bible for your branding. A bespoke deck built to show every asset, colour, texture, typography and rule as well detailing everything we've worked up from our strategy workshop - tone, voice, mission, vision,
values and plenty more.
You'll really see your brand come to life here and the deck will be full of examples showing how your brand can start to show up in the real world. It's a practical guide, designed to inspire.
7.
FINAL DELIVERABLES
Practical assets to set you on your way.
In the project proposal, we will have agreed on any practical final deliverables that will help kick-start your journey with your new branding. Whether it's social media templates, uniform mockups or stationary; I'll deliver these in line with your new branding to start your new chapter off right.
OFFBOARDING
8.
It's not goodbye, it's see you soon.
When we off-board, I will provide you with every file type you need, along with a guide of which formats are best to use in what executions. If there are any files you need specifically outside of the standard formats, I will include those too!
After completion, I will only ever be an email away if you're ever stuck with how to implement your branding and for hands on support, you can always enquire to bring me back in for ad-hoc projects, or even retainer work, keeping your branding consistent and protected.
